1. Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology in an approved technical discipline
2. The engineering qualification should be completed from a recognized institution
3. Candidates who are in the final year of their engineering course can also apply, provided they finish the degree within the prescribed time limit
4. Documentary proof of the engineering qualification is required during the selection and verification process
