The applicant must have successfully passed Class 10 (Matriculation) or an equivalent examination from a recognized education board.
Along with this, the applicant must possess a valid ITI certificate obtained from a recognized Industrial Training Institute in any one of the following trades:
• Machinist
• Fitter
• Wireman
• Electrician
Only candidates who meet the above educational requirements are eligible to apply.
1. Visit the official online application portal of Bihar Technical Service Commission (BTSC).
2. Complete the new registration process using basic personal details.
3. Log in with the generated credentials.
4. Carefully fill in the online application form with correct personal, educational, and other required information.
5. Upload the scanned copies of required documents in the prescribed format.
6. Review all entered details before final submission.
7. Submit the application form online.
8. After submission, download and print the application form for future reference.
