Educational Qualification 

• Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB)
• The LLB degree must be from a recognized university or institution
• The required qualification must be completed before the application closing date
• This qualification is prescribed by the Bihar Public Service Commission

How to Apply 

• Visit the official online application portal of the Bihar Public Service Commission
• Complete One-Time Registration (OTR) using your basic details if you are a new user
• Log in with your registered ID and password
• Open the Assistant Prosecution Officer (APO) 2026 application link
• Fill in personal details, educational qualification (LLB), and other required information
• Upload scanned copies of photograph, signature, and required certificates
• Pay the application fee through the available online payment method (if applicable)
• Review the form carefully and submit it
• Download or print the final submitted application for future reference
